Partnering with Hosted Golf
We bring playing golfers who travel for good golf and choose premium formats. Every group goes out with a host: a playing instructor who plays the whole round with the guests, helps with their game and keeps the pace. Marketing, guest enquiries and communication in English and Russian are on us. You receive the guests, and payment before the service.
We are looking for partners in Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, the UAE and Turkey. We open the 2026/27 season in Thailand: Phuket, Phang Nga and Hua Hin.
Golf clubs
What we bring
- Guests who play full rounds, mostly weekday morning slots
- Groups of 2 to 8 with a host who keeps pace of play and club etiquette
- Your course presented in English and Russian, texts agreed with you
What we ask
- Partner rates and priority tee times in season
- Permission to show your course map and photos, credited to you
Hotels, villas, concierges
What we bring
- A ready golf day or week for your guests: course, transfer, host, lunch
- Nothing for you to arrange: we handle guest communication in English and Russian
- A fee for the guests you refer: [to discuss]
What we ask
- Telling your guests about us: a card, a QR code, a concierge recommendation
- A convenient spot to meet guests before the round
Tour operators and DMCs
What we bring
- Clients for the ground part: courses, transfers, hotels on request
- Your markup on the ground part, marketing at our cost
- If you sell our programme to your own clients: commission [to discuss]
What we ask
- A TAT licence and selling the ground part in your name
- Tourist insurance as required by law, and net rates
Coaches and golf studios
What we bring
- Students and hours in high season
- A shared coach pool: we help each other at peak times
- Guests in your bays: TrackMan before the trip, a plan for heat and rain

- A partner rate for bays and lessons
Property agents and managers
What we bring
- A golf day as a gift for buyers or tenants
- Private golf days for your clients

How we work
Open partnershipWe work with several partners in each category, so every guest gets the best fit. You are equally free to do the same.
Clear on guestsGuests meet people and choose where they feel best, and that is fine. Guests we refer are recorded in the contract before the first booking, so settlements stay fair for both sides.
Clear rolesThe host plays with guests as an instructor. Excursions and transport are delivered by licensed partners.
