Version of 24 September 2026. The terms of a specific programme are fixed in its written confirmation.

Trust and safety

Who is who. Hosted Golf is an online service of a UK technology company. We help you choose the format, courses and dates, prepare your programme and stay in touch. Ground services are sold and delivered by licensed local partners. The host is an independent golf professional whose qualification is confirmed in a professional association register. Courses, hotels, transport and excursions are delivered by licensed local businesses; in the programme confirmation every service is signed by its provider.

No blind payments. There is no “buy” button on the site. First you receive the day-by-day programme, the price and the terms in writing; you pay only after agreeing to them, and only to the parties named in the confirmation.

Clear cancellation. Cancellation terms depend on the format and are stated in the confirmation before any payment; the guide is in “Changes and cancellation”. If a programme does not go ahead for reasons on our side or a partner’s, you receive a full refund.

Verified reviews. We publish only guests’ verbatim words with their permission; nothing is rewritten or invented.

Insurance and health. We recommend medical and trip-cancellation insurance and can suggest options. Golf is an active sport: you judge your own fitness and play by the clubs’ rules.

Data. We collect only what is needed to reply and to run the programme; we do not sell it; for advertising we use the Meta pixel. Details in “Privacy”.

If something goes wrong. Write to us through any channel in the footer. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and your consumer rights remain intact.

Terms of use and booking

1. Who we are. Hosted Golf is a service of a UK technology company (“we”); the legal entity’s details are stated in the programme confirmation and available on request. We design golf programmes: the host, the courses, the route, and we introduce you to the licensed partners who deliver the ground services. Ground services (courses, caddies, transport, accommodation, excursions) are provided by licensed local partners under their own rules and contracts. The host is an independent golf professional.

2. What this site is. The site is a showcase and an enquiry form. Prices on the site and in estimates are indicative, per person, for the stated season; they are not a binding offer. No payment is taken before confirmation: we send you a personal payment link only after you have agreed to the programme and terms.

3. How it works. You send an enquiry → we send a day-by-day programme, the price and the terms → after your written “yes” we confirm the place. Until confirmation there are no obligations on either side. The confirmation states the programme, the providers of ground services, the price, how and when to pay, and the change and cancellation terms.

4. Your responsibility. Golf is an active sport: you judge your own fitness and play by the clubs’ rules. Insurance (medical, trip cancellation) is yours to arrange and we recommend it. Passport, visas and flights are on your side unless the confirmation says otherwise.

5. Changes. Weather, course conditions, club decisions and force majeure can move tee times and reorder days. We offer an equivalent substitute; if none is possible, refunds for the part not delivered follow the programme confirmation and the provider’s rules.

6. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; disputes are first addressed by negotiation. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Changes and cancellation

The specific cancellation and refund terms depend on the format, the dates and the rules of the clubs and hotels, and are stated in the written programme confirmation, which takes precedence over this section.

General guide. Golf day and “try golf”: free cancellation more than 72 hours ahead; later, per the club’s rules. Weeks and tours: the closer to the date, the larger the share already paid to partners. As a guide: free cancellation more than 45 days ahead, then tiered as stated in the confirmation.

Replacing a participant. Possible up to 7 days before the start where hotel and airline rules allow.

Cancellation by us or a partner. If a programme does not go ahead for reasons on our side or because the group is not filled, we refund the sums received in full.

Extraordinary circumstances. Where unavoidable circumstances at the destination significantly affect the programme, you may cancel without penalty.

Privacy

Who processes your data. The operator of Hosted Golf (a UK technology company; details on request and in the programme confirmation). For data questions, use the form on the site.

What we collect. From the enquiry: name, contact (WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, e-mail), format, playing level, dates, party size, comment; technical data: page language, referrer, session id. For a confirmed programme, also the details you give us for hotels, courses and transfers.

Why. To answer your enquiry and prepare the programme; to deliver a confirmed programme; accounting and tax; analytics and site improvement; newsletters only with your consent, withdrawable at any time.

Who we share with. Delivery partners to the extent needed for your programme (course, hotel, transport); hosting, analytics and the messaging services you use to talk to us. We do not sell data.

Retention and rights. Enquiries without a programme are deleted after 12 months; confirmed-programme data is kept as long as accounting requires. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

This site uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). It tells Meta that you viewed pages, opened programmes or sent an enquiry, so that we can show Hosted Golf ads to interested people and see which ads work. For visitors from the UK and the EEA the pixel loads only after consent in the banner. To switch the pixel off in this browser: switch off the Meta pixel. About Hosted Golf

What it is. Hosted Golf is an international hosted-golf programme service. The model is the same in every country: a professional host on site, courses and tee times selected, ground services delivered by partners licensed there, and one point of contact: us. Destinations open wherever we have a host; the current list is on the site. The service is operated by a UK technology company; the legal entity’s details are available on request and stated in every programme confirmation.

Who delivers on the ground, and under which licences. Everything that happens on site (courses, caddies and carts, transfers, accommodation, excursions and yachts) is provided only by licensed local businesses: golf clubs and hotels directly, tourism services by operators licensed under the law of the destination country (for example, in Thailand by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, TAT), and transport companies holding the relevant permits. The programme confirmation names the provider of each service with its details and licence number. We do not sell tours as a tour operator and we are not an air carrier or ticket agent.

Hosts. The host is an independent working golf professional in the destination who plays and practises with you on the course. The host’s qualification (membership of a national or international professional association, category) is confirmed by documents on request and stated in the programme. The host is not a guide and does not provide tourism services; licensed partners do.

Contract and payment. Payment only after confirmation: through a personal secure link (Stripe) or directly to the provider named in the confirmation. A contract arises after the written programme confirmation, which states the providers, the price, how and when to pay, and the change and cancellation terms. Invoices are issued by the service providers or by the service operator, as stated in the confirmation.

Insurance and safety. Medical and trip-cancellation insurance is arranged by you; we recommend it and can suggest options. Club rules apply on the courses; in adverse weather tee times are moved at the club’s discretion.
